Gene is an excellent realtor. I dealt with many bad agents while looking for a property over the course of several months. Some wouldn't return calls for a few days, others wouldn't take the time to show a property that they had listed. Gene was very responsive and went out of his way to answer my questions. He treated me like I was buying a $300,000 dollar home even though I was only buying a $40,000 home.
